We’re super excited to be on the hunt for a Physiotherapist with 3+ years of experience and a passion for clinical pilates, to join our team!
About the Role –
Treat a diverse caseload of the clients that you love – musculoskeletal, sports and dance – as well as running 4:1 clinical pilates & exercise groups in our large exercise space.
To support your ongoing growth and development, one of our senior physios will be your mentor and meet with you fortnightly, whilst our team get together weekly for practical inservices and group case reviews. We also provide a generous CPD allowance of $1500 per annum.
We understand that moving clinics can bring a feeling of uncertainty, particularly around your salary – which is why we’re offering a strong base salary of $85,000, PLUS commission paid on top (potential to earn $120,000+). Not only that, but you’ll be taking over an existing caseload – so you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission straight away.
About you –
The ideal person for this role is someone who is confident but still strives to learn and grow as a therapist. They are looking for ongoing clinical mentorship from an experienced musc. & pilates Physio, but are also starting to become curious about mentoring other physio’s and developing leadership skills.
They are aligned to our purpose – to inspire people to overcome their obstacles, expand their goals, and live an active life without limits – and are enthusiastic about helping people dream big about their goals.
Finally, while we take our work seriously, we’re also not afraid to keep it light and have a little fun at work. So a sense of humour goes a long way!
