Positions available

Physiotherapist (3–5 years experience) – Pathways Physiotherapy

Would you be a good fit for this role?

Are you…

  • 3–5 years into private practice and genuinely enjoy working with patients each day?
  • Already building a strong caseload (40+ clients/week) and keen to keep growing as a Physio?
  • Confident delivering hands-on treatment, and integrating it with exercise-based rehab?
  • Keen to be part of a team that backs each other, enjoys the work, and is committed to ongoing learning?
  • Comfortable contributing to the team roster – including evenings (typically 2–3 per week) and a shared Saturday rotation (3–6 months per year, half-day shifts), with input into your roster?

If that sounds like you – we’d love to meet you.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team, stepping into a well-supported role within a busy, established clinic.

You’ll be stepping into a clinic with:

  • A consistent and established patient flow
  • Systems that support you to build and maintain a full caseload
  • A team environment that values care, collaboration, and high standards

Your week will include:

  • A mix of hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehab
  • Running Clinical Pilates and rehab classes as part of an integrated approach

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive base salary + commission structure + super
  • $1,500 CPD allowance (matched contribution)
  • Fortnightly 1:1 clinical mentoring
  • Monthly mentoring focused on your caseload, development, and goals
  • Weekly inservices and case discussions
  • Regular team culture days throughout the year

How We Work at Pathways

We’ve built a clinic that supports both performance and enjoyment:

  • The clinic closes from 1–2pm daily so the team can properly switch off and have lunch together
  • A shared note-writing space – so there’s no working in isolation
  • A large open gym that clients walk through before treatment
  • A team that supports each other and keeps things light
