Noah believes that the journey from injury to recovery can bring the best out of people

With an extensive sporting background – Noah has played AFL, athletics, golf, soccer, and has also coached tennis overseas in the USA – and now as a weekend athlete himself, Noah understands the impact that injuries can have on everyday life, and is passionate about sports injury rehabilitation.

Noah is trained and certified in running the GLA:D program for people living with arthritis, and has also gained his level 1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning coaching certificate, to help create rehab programs for all types of injury.

Noah also has a keen interest in treating people from all walks of life, who want to get the best out of themselves.

Outside of work, Noah is a bit of a book worm, enjoys playing guitar, live music and following the Tigers
