Pathways Physiotherapist Travis Kluckhenn, recently caught up with Naomi Anderson from Aged Care Ready, to discuss the impact that COVID-19 will have on the elderly, the importance of staying active and performing exercises at home to prevent hip, knee and low back pain. As well as the importance of staying active to prevent falls. 

 

 

 

Travis also discusses the benefits from participating in an exercise program such as the GLA:D (Good living with Arthritis: Denmark) Exercise Program for people suffering from Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.
