How We Work at Pathways
We’ve built a clinic that supports both performance and enjoyment:
- The clinic closes from 1–2pm daily so the team can properly switch off and have lunch together
- A shared note-writing space – no working in isolation
- A large open gym at the front of the clinic to inspire and motivate clients as they walk through for treatment
- A team that supports each other and keeps things light (including a basketball ring out the back)
We’re big on learning, but also big on enjoying the work.
