This casual position is ideal for someone super friendly, enthusiastic and proactive, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic.
No reception experience necessary, as there will be training, however customer service experience will hold you in good stead.
Our ideal Superstar receptionist will –
Be keen to learn;
Provide a memorable first impression by greeting clients with a big smile;
Be a great communicator, both over the phone, over email, and in person;
Have good computer skills;
Be able to work under pressure;
Show initiative;
Be flexible with availability.
We’re looking for a team member who can fill 2-3 shifts per week, and who is flexible as this may include evenings or Saturdays.
