Julia loves empowering others, to build their confidence and help them take control of their health

Julia graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.

Having worked in Men and Women’s Football (VAFA A Grade and the VFL), and soccer through the National Premier League (NPL), these experiences have sharpened Julia’s skills in diagnosing and rehabilitating a wide variety of sports injuries. Julia’s further enhanced her high performance rehab by completing the ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning course to bridge the gap between early stage rehab and return to high performance.

Julia has a love for all things physiotherapy and is always keen to improve, and refine her skills as a health professional. She is strongly interested in musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, and enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their confidence and achieve their goals. She uses a combination of manual therapy, education, and evidence-based treatments to gain the best outcomes for her patients.

Outside of work, Julia is an avid thrill-seeker, having sky-dived twice. She enjoys keeping fit at the gym, exploring Victoria’s landscape for the next scenic hike, and settling in with a good book whenever she has the chance.
